Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Kewal Technology Pty Ltd. Trading as Swift Design and Print. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Artwork & Printing

• All artwork is printed using CMYK unless otherwise requested by the customer. Such a request will incur an additional fee.
• We charge $89.00 for our design service for the first 2 proofs. We then charge $45.00 an hour for any change thereafter.
• Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make changes to the artwork you have supplied, you will become liable to charges if you need to amend or supply new artwork.
• Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have already been sent an order confirmation email.

Proofs

• Please note that the color of the printed item will be affected by the type of material chosen for the artwork to be printed on, as well as any applied Lamination. Swift Design and Print will not accept liability or responsibility for any variations in color or any other defects or irregularities as a result of this.
• Proofs must be requested by the person ordering at the time of ordering in writing, verbal confirmation will not be accepted. All proofs are subject to an additional charge unless otherwise agreed.
• If the customer chooses to proceed without making the advised corrections, then they do so at their own risk. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes, spelling, punctuation, contact details, or layout.

File hold

• We reserve the right to throw away your file, job after 28 days of ordering. 

Order

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Swift Design and Print. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time.
• Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed.

Limitation of Liability:

• Swift Design and Print will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations. We are not liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages, and/or other economic damages.
• The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Swift Design and Print responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against us and its company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights.

Our right to vary these terms and conditions

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and changes in our system’s capabilities or for any other reason we deem necessary
